We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team as a key business partner.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support across the functional area of Human Resources, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and related government regulations in Australia and the United States.

The position ensures effective implementation of HR practices, processes, and programs that meet management and employee needs. The successful candidate will maintain knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures, and state and federal labour laws applicable to assigned areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and/or recommend new policies, practices, and programs to meet management and employee needs
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the HR team, including data entry in the Australian and US HRIS
  • Responsible for processing personnel actions, issuing notifications, and updating required customer systems, to include SAP
  • Provide administrative support to both US and Australian employees, including in areas such as benefits enrolment and superannuation enrolment
  • Contribute to the maintenance and implementation of HR policies, training programs, procedures, and related activities

Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV – Human Resources - Field: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years Human Resources experience, ideally in a business partnering role
  • Well-developed relationship building skills across all levels of a business
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with varied stakeholders
