Job OverviewThis casual role offers remote work flexibility and the opportunity to advise on various HR policy and practice solutions.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HR specialist to support our team on human resource management matters, including advice on Fair Work Act requirements, award analysis, employment contracts, sub-contractor arrangements, performance management, recruitment and selection, grievance and conflict resolution, mentoring and development, and negotiations.
- Advise and support on the development, establishment, evaluation, and implementation of organisational strategic and business plans.
- Participate in Human Resources risk management activities that identify and control all risk/threats.
- Resolving complex work issues and workforce development plans.
- Industrial Legislation, Regulations, and Agreements.
- Development, and negotiations of various Enterprise Agreements.
The successful candidate will produce timely and accurate reports, provide expert information and advice, and fully understand the issues and exercise sound judgement when representing Remote Strategy Plus or providing advice.
Key Requirements- Diploma or Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources.
- Applicable years of industry experience.
- Effective at hiring and developing recruitment strategies.
- General Human Resources Management.
- Understanding of Benefits Administration.
- Knowledge of Performance Management.
- Compensation and Wage Structure.
- Ability to classify Employees.
- Understanding of Employment Law & laws.
- Mature approach to tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Excellent computer and software skills.
- Strong training and coaching skills.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000 AUD, depending on experience. As a casual employee, you will have flexible working hours and be part of a dynamic team. We also offer special projects and opportunities for professional growth.
