About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team in providing exceptional service and support to customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, managing customer interactions, and promoting our products to drive sales.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Welcome new and existing customers into our showrooms with face-to-face selling, showcasing our products and services, and engaging them in product promotions.
  • Promote and process orders effectively to drive sales growth and meet customer needs.
  • Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and stock replenishment to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Generate accurate quotations and engage with e-commerce platforms to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transportation and delivery, to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Troubleshoot customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Gain relevant retail or trade environment experience, which is highly valued.
  • Cultivate face-to-face selling skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain high organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
