Customer Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Specialist to provide exceptional service and sales support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via various channels.
- Provide quotes, complete sales transactions in-store and online.
- Offer product information and advice to customers.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, redirect calls as required.
- Direct customers to products, suggest items or add-ons as needed.
- Handle sensitive information and situations with confidentiality and confidence.
- Assist customers in making selections by building their confidence and offering suggestions.

- Flexibility, adaptability, and innovation.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email.
- Empathetic approach to customer needs.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including prioritisation of workloads.
