Talent and Mobility Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent and Mobility Professional to drive executive recruitment and mobility outcomes across government.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative attraction strategies, proactively engage with top-tier talent, and deliver seamless recruitment experiences for internal clients.
  • You will lead candidate sourcing, industry research, market mapping, and talent pipeline development for senior roles; and develop tools and resources that continuously improve our approach to executive recruitment.
  • The role involves supporting the NSW Government's Workforce Mobility Placement Program, working closely with impacted employees to identify suitable opportunities and coordinate end-to-end redeployment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance processes and outcomes in executive recruitment.
  • Become a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, understanding their unique resourcing needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in executive search and direct sourcing, driving proactive and creative approaches to talent acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in executive recruitment best practice, including sound knowledge of marketing, social media initiatives, policies, processes, and legislative requirements.
