About the Role

This newly created position focuses on placing Senior Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Team Assistants, and Front of House professionals in high-growth asset management and investment environments. Success in this market demands strong commercial acumen, discretion, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end search mandates, often exclusive or retained, with real influence on outcomes
  • Cultivate trusted, long-term partnerships with exceptional clients and top-tier talent
  • Work closely with senior leaders on critical, high-impact hires
  • Deliver market intelligence and strategic insight that shapes organisational growth
About You

You will be an experienced recruitment professional with a focus on quality and relationships. You are commercially astute, a strong communicator, and proactive in your approach. Prior experience with financial services clients is welcomed but not essential.
