Senior Credit and Collections Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Credit / Collections Officer to join our team on a permanent full time basis. Based in the Upper North Shore, this role offers a great work-life balance with hybrid working arrangements post probation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer accounts by reviewing ledgers and ensuring payment terms are adhered to.
- Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by effectively chasing bad debt.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare statements and reconciliations as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a Credit / Collections position.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to build strong relationships with key accounts.
- Fully working rights (PR or AU/NZ citizen).
- Strong Excel skills, with testing conducted during the application process.
