Data Center Program Manager Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced program manager to lead our data center initiatives. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in technical project management and the ability to drive programs across cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and manage goals for safety, quality, team productivity, vendor performance, and cost control.
- Develop analytical metrics to measure success of program goals.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting on program status for business partners.
- Plan and host value stream mapping events with stakeholders to optimize processes.
- Gather feedback from internal customers to drive program improvements.
- Develop new programs to support strategic direction of the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management.
- Experience managing global programs in the data center industry.
- Intermediate to expert proficiency with MS Excel.
- PMP Certification and knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean Processes.
- Meets/exceeds leadership principles requirements for this role.
