About the Role

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our high-performing team as a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) / Associate Adviser. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and advisers, gain exposure to complex advice strategies, and grow your career in a business committed to excellence and integrity.

This role involves attending client meetings alongside senior advisers/partners, assisting in the development of tailored financial strategies and advice documents, and collaborating with offshore paraplanning and administration teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attending client meetings alongside senior advisers/partners
  • Assisting in the development of tailored financial strategies and advice documents

  • Managing client implementation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Acting as a key liaison point for clients, maintaining a strong service experience
  • Supporting advisers with research, modelling, and file preparation as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM, Associate Adviser or paraplanning role within financial advice
  • Completed or currently completing FASEA educational requirements
  • Strong understanding of financial advice processes, including strategy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment
