About the Role
  • Attend client meetings alongside senior advisers/partners
  • Assist in the development of tailored financial strategies and advice documents
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Manage client implementation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Act as a key liaison point for clients, maintaining a strong service experience
  • Support advisers with research, modelling, and file preparation as needed
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM, Associate Adviser or paraplanning role within financial advice
  • Completed or currently completing FASEA educational requirements
  • Strong understanding of financial advice processes, including strategy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment
