Job Title: Field Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct service interventions, inspections, repairs, and maintenance to minimize downtime. As a key member of our service team, you will provide breakdown support and troubleshooting for equipment failures, ensuring adherence to safety practices and operational guidelines.

About the Role:

  • Conduct routine service interventions and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as required to ensure optimal performance of equipment
  • Provide expert breakdown support and troubleshooting services to resolve equipment failures efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including time spent on site and materials used

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering or electronics
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
