**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Field Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Tasmania. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows operating systems and experience with troubleshooting, system upgrades, and deployments.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems environment
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems may be required
  • Strong client service skills
  • Able to physically perform general office requirements
