Field Operations Support Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Field Operations administrative and support functions, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships to deliver on business objectives in time and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Branch and Field Administration: oversee the overall accountability of work-in-progress, customer reporting, scheduling, support of accounts payable/receivable, invoicing based on customer contract agreements, and other Branch or Field Operations administration tasks.
  • Exceptional Follow-up: process missing customer paperwork, quotes, and lead ad-hoc duties requested by line managers or other relevant stakeholders.

This role requires a high-level administrative/business support experience, proficiency with job management software and Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.
