About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our team at Fujitsu. As a key member of our enterprise service management team, you will play a critical role in driving digital and business transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with business leaders and align ServiceNow with their digital transformation goals.
  • Translate business objectives into customer roadmaps and define solutions for success.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including building proof of concepts, customer demos, and high-level designs.
  • Mentor and support consultants by delegating tasks, providing feedback, and uplifting capability in new areas.
  • Ensure successful outcomes in client engagements by guiding configurations, establishing technical governance, and promoting instance health for ServiceNow deployments.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend and influence clients to adopt Enables services, such as CASE, Rapid Seeds, and ServiceNow modules.
  • Build strong relationships with ServiceNow teams and clients, ensuring effective go-lives, adoption, and ongoing support.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and best practices, providing industry insights and fostering client trust.
Requirements
  • Cultural Competency: 4+ years of experience in embracing cultural perspectives and promoting workplace equality and diversity.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: 6+ years leading end-to-end ServiceNow deployments across multiple modules, working directly with executive sponsors.
  • Pre-Sales Leadership: 5+ years in pre-sales discussions, understanding customer pain points, and providing well-reasoned solutions.
  • Demo Experience: 2+ years of experience delivering pre-sales solution demos tailored to customer use cases.
  • Team Leadership: Skilled in inspiring teams, succession planning, and professional development.
  • Client Relationship Management: High customer satisfaction scores and recognized for individual contributions to successful client outcomes.
  • Remote Collaboration: Demonstrated success in working with remote teams across the APJ region.
  • Project Management: Strong experience managing project scope, profitability, contracts, and change requests.
  • Senior Engagement: Leading customer engagements as the most senior technical/functional team member, providing ServiceNow expertise, quality assurance, and peer review.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS ITSM + 1 other CIS, ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow pre-sales accreditation in 2+ product lines.
  • Preferred: Certified Scrum Master or PMP certification.
  • Requirement: Must be an Australian Citizen.
