Job Title: Speech Pathologist – Expert in Communication and Swallowing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our allied health services, you will work closely with adults in residential aged care and the community, providing expert assessments and interventions for communication and swallowing difficulties.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans for clients with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Deliver high-quality services in-person and via telehealth, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients, families, and support staff.
  • Travel locally and nationally to regional clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with our national Speech Pathology team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellent outcomes.

  • A recognized qualification in Speech Pathology and current membership with the relevant professional association.
  • Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport, enabling you to travel efficiently and safely.
