Speech and Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Communication Specialist to provide essential services to residents in residential aged care on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a clinical portfolio, providing safe swallowing strategies to clients and carers.
  • Improve communication, cognitive functioning, swallowing, language, articulation disorders, and social skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech pathology, preferably in aged care.
  • Strong clinical skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Registration with the relevant professional association.
  • Two successful clinical references.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check + National Police Check (within the last two years).
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Up-to-date vaccinations and full working rights in Australia.
