A leading provider of allied health services seeks a dedicated professional to join their team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a clinical portfolio, providing essential services to residents in residential aged care. Services may aim to improve communication, cognitive functioning, swallowing, language, articulation disorders, and social skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide safe swallowing strategies to clients and carers, educating them on appropriate swallowing techniques.

- Monthly CPD sessions and comprehensive training provided by regional managers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in speech pathology, preferably in aged care.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- SPA registration.
- Two successful clinical references.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check and National Police Check (within the last two years).
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Flu 2024 Shot, and at least two COVID-19 vaccinations plus one booster.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Flexible start and finish times: Work any two days between Monday to Friday or contracting/consultant work available.
- Comprehensive training and support from experienced regional managers and team members.
