Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide assessment and intervention services to adults, children, and young people. This opportunity focuses on working with adult clients to enable them to participate in everyday activities at home, in school, and in community environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic support to individuals and families across the lifespan of their engagement with our services.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to build capacity, skills, and knowledge of individuals and families, and mainstream services.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate training and education to clients, support networks, service providers, and the community.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Membership with AHPRA as a registered Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing OT services to NDIS Participants, including experience of working with adults and children.
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Drivers licence.
- Demonstrated experience prioritising workloads and managing clients with complex needs.
- Demonstrated commitment to Continuing Professional Development, Evidenced Based Practice, and measuring clinical outcomes.
- Ability to work as a collaboratively member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge of confidentiality principles and WHS responsibilities.
- Knowledge of diverse cultures and community needs.
