- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and clinical outcomes.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a registered Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing occupational therapy services to NDIS participants, including experience working with adults and children.
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance and a valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated experience prioritizing workloads and managing clients with complex needs.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development, evidence-based practice, and measuring clinical outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of confidentiality principles and WHS responsibilities.
- Knowledge of diverse cultures and community needs.
- Experience in facilitating training and education to clients, support networks, service providers, and/or the community.
- Demonstrated experience of developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
