Marketing Executive Role

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving the marketing strategy for our shopping centre, working closely with the Regional Brand and Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our centre. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with experience in event planning, campaign development, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales growth
  • Work closely with the Regional Brand and Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Plan and project manage events, campaigns, and activations to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with retailers and other stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure effective use of resources
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including copywriting, proofreading, and editing
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting
