Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Tasracing Pty Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and activations that drive business growth and improve our social license in Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our corporate goals and objectives.
- Manage key supplier relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Design and develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Provide marketing support to our team and stakeholders, including data analysis and reporting.
- Identify and manage brand ambassadors and social media influencers.
- Work closely with our marketing coordinator to develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars.
- Lead brand activation events and provide support for other company events.
- Apply best practice marketing performance analysis to assess and improve the awareness and health of our marketing initiatives.
- Report on the status of all projects, campaigns, and marketing performance for our board and industry stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and lead project teams and marketing projects across the portfolio.
