
Business Partner for Cultural Development

About this role:
- Support the delivery of people strategy, nurturing passionate leaders who create cultures where employees have a strong sense of belonging and connection.
- Strive to do exceptional things for all stakeholders across society – teams, retailers/members, business partners, shareholders, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an annual employee plan in collaboration with Centres of Excellence to leverage expert capability in initiative design, piloting, and deployment.
- Work as a strategic business advisor to key stakeholders, facilitating delivery of business outcomes through talent management levers and processes.
- Act as the talent lead in major business changes, providing key stakeholders with capability, support, and effective change management practices.
- Identify key talent priorities and deliver initiatives that improve performance, leadership, culture, and engagement, ensuring outcomes are measured to demonstrate value added to the business.
- Implement talent acquisition strategies to ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time.
Requirements:
- Ideal experience in a generalist HR role (two years) or ability to learn and navigate Group function and localised business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyse facts/data and propose solutions.
- Facilitation and coaching skills with an ability to work effectively at all levels.
- Constructive and collaborative style, passion, and energy for the HR function, talent agenda, and making a difference in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
