The Role
We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join the P&C Team based out of our NSW State Office in Leichhardt. This position will provide strategic People and Culture advice, improve business practices, assist with driving a strong culture across organisation, lead complex projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The Business Partner works collaboratively with Centres of Excellence, Shared Services and Specialists to develop and deliver integrated People solutions including workforce planning, performance management, retention strategies, succession planning, employee relations and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple stakeholders and their teams to support with all People & Culture matter
- Coach leaders to build high performing teams and help them to grow their leadership skills
- Work closely with the People team and leadership team to continue to build a strong and compelling employer brand in the market, which reflects the internal values of the business
- Guide leaders on policies, employee relations and remuneration where necessary
- Build exciting and innovative processes and programs with your people at the forefront

Experience & Attributes
- Advanced knowledge on Human Resources principles, policies, and practices
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Partnering role
- Service orientated approach with a drive and motivation to succeed
- Operationally focused with strong collaboration capability
- Ability to drive and support the business with people initiatives, engagement and a high-performance culture
- Strong judgement and strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing capability
- Empathetic but also maintain conviction regarding organizational priorities and requirements
- Work within a supportive team and collaborative environment
