Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver complex structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire project teams including engineers and BIM modellers.
  • Ensure design integrity, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, developers, architects, and builders.
  • Oversee quality control, compliance, and on-site problem resolution.
  • Contribute to business development, proposals, and strategic leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Chartered status preferred).
  • 8+ years of structural engineering experience (Australia preferred).
  • Proven ability leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of concrete, steel, and timber design.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
