Senior Structural Leader

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Structural Leader. This role will provide the opportunity to shape the consultancy's next era of growth, driving innovation and ensuring technical excellence is never compromised.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor the next generation of structural leaders and remain hands-on with high-profile projects. This includes:

  • Leading design, delivery and technical reviews across major structural projects.
  • Providing high-level technical oversight on complex engineering challenges.
  • Mentoring and developing senior and mid-level engineers.
  • Building and strengthening long-term client relationships.
  • Contributing to business development and project acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • CPEng registration.
  • 15-20+ years in structural engineering with a proven record in high-value, complex building projects.
  • Strong leadership profile, guiding teams and influencing clients.
  • Technical expertise across design, compliance and constructability for multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Commercial acumen, understanding of project delivery and risk management.
