Job Overview

The Sous Chef role entails ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards across all banqueting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily banqueting operations to meet brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high hygiene standards and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Work with the Senior Sous Chef and Culinary Director to create innovative menus and manage recipe costing.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive work environment that fosters learning and personal development.
  • Coordinate closely with the Food & Beverage Management team to achieve operational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery or related field.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
