About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to oversee our signage projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring project delivery aligns with defined objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients through transparent communication throughout each project phase
  • Coordinating and managing internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, installers, and production crews
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring all safety protocols and compliance documentation are completed accurately
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and budget tracking
  • Tracking project milestones, managing scope changes, and addressing issues proactively to maintain momentum

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the Signage Industry
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of professionalism
