Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our signage projects from initiation to completion.

This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution from client briefing through to installation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Overseeing signage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timeline and project requirements.
  • Client Relationships: Fostering strong client relationships through consistent and transparent communication throughout each project phase.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinating and managing internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, installers and production crews.
  • Safety Protocols: Conducting site inspections and ensuring all safety protocols and compliance documentation are completed accurately.
  • Documentation: Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports and budget tracking.
  • Milestone Tracking: Tracking project milestones, managing scope changes and addressing issues proactively to maintain momentum.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the Signage Industry.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects at once.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Results-Oriented: Commitment to achieving outstanding results for clients.
  • Teamwork: Team-oriented with a proactive attitude in dynamic settings.
