Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic resourcing decisions across geographic locations and/or business areas
  • Utilize data analytics tools to manage and allocate resources effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using systems like Fresh Service and Salesforce
  • Provide expert advice on resources and teams available to pursue client opportunities
  • Assist with data and systems tasks, including tracking new starter resource allocations and updating trackers

  • Adept at navigating between systems (Fresh Service, Salesforce & Kimble)
  • Discreet and confidential when dealing with sensitive employee issues

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in resourcing within a professional services company
  • Experience in working in fast-paced environments or relationship management

Eligibility:
