About This Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team at our Rosny Park Clinic.

This role involves:

  • Conducting hearing screening checks and hearing aid maintenance (Full training provided)
  • Providing face-to-face and phone-based customer support
  • Confirming/scheduling customer appointments through diary and inbox management
  • Sourcing external lead generation opportunities and implementing local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
  • Assisting our clinics to perform more effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups
  • Providing administrative support to our audiologists and the clinic
About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people rediscover the emotions of sound.

In addition to your enthusiasm and passion for helping others, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service/retail role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer skills (preferably with word processing, email, etc.)
  • Previous administration experience is an advantage, however, full training will be provided
  • A driver's license and vehicle preferred, as you may be required to attend other clinics on occasion
