A successful Hearing Support Specialist will contribute to enhancing the customer experience and clinic performance in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in sales generating activities to help more people hear better, with comprehensive training provided
- Coordinate appointments for clients using our online schedule tool
- Determine client entitlement to government funding assistance and health fund rebates
- Encourage existing clients to renew their maintenance programs
- Conduct hearing screening checks, following full training
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to support customers' hearing journeys
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Computer literacy skills
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment
