Role Overview:

The AO4 Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for implementing streamlined and transparent recruitment processes that align with the department's commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and apply relevant legislation, directives, policies, and procedures related to recruitment.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to stakeholders, positively representing the division across both internal and external engagements.
  • Conduct candidate care activities to create a positive candidate experience and promote the department as an 'employer of choice.'
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including requests to hire, advertising, shortlisting, assessments, interviews, and onboarding for a varied workforce.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to HR data, conduct analysis, and generate reports as needed.
  • Maintain systems that ensure the confidentiality and integrity of HR information and candidate documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and new-starter induction, coordinating events and ensuring accurate training record maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Recruitment experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and fast, accurate typing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
