Employment Tax Consultant Job Description

Our team delivers exceptional results, working together with leading Employment Tax Specialists based across Australia. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including large corporates and multinational companies.

As an Employment Tax Consultant, you'll work on advisory and compliance matters, with training and support available to help you grow your career.

  • Research and provide written advice on employment taxes, including Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Payroll Taxes, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, and Salary Packaging;
  • Utilize technology and big data to assist clients with employment tax compliance and draw insights;
  • Review and prepare annual FBT returns, payroll tax returns, and superannuation guarantee calculations;
  • Provide specialist employment tax advice in conjunction with other parts of our business;
  • Prepare and present training seminars to clients and team members.

What We Look For

  • 1-3 years of experience in employment tax, responsible for delivering employment tax compliance, income tax consulting, and/or employment tax consulting services to large multinational organizations;
  • A desire to work as part of a national team, collaborating to support clients across various industries with complex tax issues;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work both autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Confidence in handling data, with proven analytical skills;
