About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our national team, collaborating with leading Employment Tax Specialists across Australia. You will have the chance to work with clients from diverse industries and backgrounds, including large corporates.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Research and provide written advice to clients on employment taxes, including Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Payroll Taxes, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, and Salary Packaging;
  • Utilize technology and data analytics to assist clients with employment tax compliance and draw valuable insights;
  • Review and prepare annual FBT returns, payroll tax returns, and superannuation guarantee calculations;
  • Provide specialist employment tax advice, working closely with other parts of our business;
  • Develop and present training seminars to both clients and colleagues.

About You

We are seeking a motivated individual with 1-3 years of experience in employment tax, responsible for delivering employment tax compliance, income tax consulting, and/or employment tax consulting services to large multinational organizations.

You should possess:

  • A strong desire to work collaboratively as part of a national team, supporting clients across various industries with complex tax issues;
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Confidence in handling data, with proven analytical skills.
