We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Investment Management Consultant. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation services to our clients in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring that their business needs are met and that the solution is tailored to their specific requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate client requirements to identify potential enhancements to our solutions and services, and document and communicate product improvements as part of client-specific implementation projects or in response to trends in the marketplace.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team, and stay up-to-date with new system versions, features, and industry trends.
- Support the sales process by analyzing and evaluating client requirements to help us respond to sales opportunities, and contribute to sales presentations and proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the potential of our solutions to satisfy specific client needs.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in superannuation fund accounting, tax accounting, or investment accounting, with a strong understanding of investment management or wealth management workflows.
- Proven experience in implementing solutions for asset managers, superannuation, or wealth management firms, with a strong appreciation of client service and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose complex issues into components and perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey plans, issues, and risks to clients and team members in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and meet self-imposed deadlines.
