Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Enterprise Success Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the technical and business journey for our customers, defining the path to production rollout, ensuring seamless adoption, and maximizing the value they derive from our data governance solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with our APJ Sales teams and Field CTOs to define comprehensive customer success strategies, driving customer adoption and long-term success. You will also serve as a trusted strategic advisor, providing unparalleled insight, technical domain expertise, and solution design to our customers navigating complex data security and governance challenges throughout their entire lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical and business journey for our customers, defining the path to production rollout, ensuring seamless adoption, and maximizing the value they derive from our data governance solutions.
  • Partner with APJ Sales teams and Field CTOs to define comprehensive customer success strategies, driving customer adoption and long-term success.
