As a Customer Service and Administration Specialist, you will utilize your expertise to provide support and advice in a dynamic environment.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations
- Draft standard correspondence and communications
- Develop policies, guidelines and documentation on key service process measures and trends
You will also be responsible for maintaining databases and working collaboratively with others.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer service skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills. You must also be able to interpret customer enquiries and provide appropriate information based on relevant legislation.
