We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Administration and Customer Service and Administration Assistant to join our team. Get ahead with professional development in a supportive team environment

**About the role**
- We have an exciting opportunity as our Administration and Customer Service Assistant
- This person would provide customer-orientated administrative support services to ensure the effective day to day operations with multifaced tasks.
- Staff discounts at group subsidiaries.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Provide workshop coordination support, including but not limited to answering and directing incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries.
- Coordinate administrative functions to support workshops, development of learning materials and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist with social media management, website updates and course content creation.

**About you**
- MUST Have passion for Aesthetics industry
- Experience in providing high level clerical, co-ordination and administrative services.
- Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in upholding a high level of professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and delivering high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in a Business / Administration or related field is desirable.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt.
- Self-driven with a keen sense to learn and grow.
- Familiar with Google Platform and Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience in "Docebo" learning platform, Canva and Wordpress would be an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $24.50 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
