We're looking for a seasoned security expert to join our team. As a global leader in cybersecurity, we protect the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations.

About The Role:

  • Our Platform Professional Services team sits at the critical intersection between our industry-leading Falcon platform and our diverse customer base.
  • In this role, you'll serve as a trusted security advisor to our clients, working directly with their security teams to identify gaps in their detection and response capabilities, implement best practices, and ensure they're getting the maximum value from their CrowdStrike investment.

Responsibilities:

  • Exercise incident handling and remediation processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
  • Develop and improve processes for incident detection and the execution of countermeasures.
  • Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings to customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in multiple areas such as Incident Handling, Computer Forensic Analysis, Systems Administration, Network Forensic Analysis, Malware Analysis, Incident Remediation, Network Operations, Architecture/Engineering, and Programming/Scripting.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
