Job Title: Cybersecurity Firewall Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, implement and secure our corporate and customer firewall infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience working within Cybersecurity and security operations, with strong technical FortiGate knowledge and the ability to collaborate with other teams to determine optimal solutions for stakeholders based on known requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Firewall Infrastructure: Create, test and maintain corporate and customer firewall infrastructure, ensuring it meets industry standards and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with SOC Teams: Work closely with Security Analysts, Security Engineers, and Operations teams to provide in-depth analysis and recommendations for system and environment enhancements.
  • Analyse and Troubleshoot Firewalls: Analyse network traffic, develop and enhance complex firewall designs, and troubleshoot performance issues.
Requirements:
  • Cybersecurity Experience: 2+ years' experience working within Cybersecurity and security operations.
  • FortiGate Knowledge: Strong technical FortiGate knowledge is required.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with other teams within the technology division to determine optimal solutions for stakeholders.
  • Industry Standards: Good knowledge and understanding of industry standards and frameworks.
