You'll drive strategic growth, ensure operational excellence, and deliver secure, resilient solutions across a wide range of industrial sectors.This is more than a leadership role—it's a chance to make a lasting impact in a fast-evolving and business-critical domain.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and execute the national roadmap for OT & Cybersecurity, aligned with company strategy and market trends.Commercial Management: Own budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Drive profitability and manage risk.Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships, support technical solution design, and represent Alliance Automation across industry forums.Team Development: Mentor and support multidisciplinary teams across engineering, cybersecurity, and project delivery.Innovation & Technology: Identify emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.Compliance & Safety: Champion cybersecurity frameworks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.Culture & Values: Foster a workplace culture built on accountability, care, and innovation.What You BringWe're seeking a strategic, commercially minded leader with deep expertise in operational technology and cybersecurity who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.Essential Qualifications & Experience:Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.10+ years' experience in leading OT, industrial automation, or cybersecurity.Proven senior leadership experience in complex industrial environments.Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and risk mitigation expertise.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams.Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
C Class Driver's Licence.Desirable Attributes:Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP).
