We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as Third in Charge at Kent Street Kathmandu. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes, and standards are in place.
- Take responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer.
- Strong retail or customer service experience with sound knowledge of retail operations, including stock control and visual merchandising.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to share your genuine passion for our products and the growth of our business with customers and your team.
- Adaptability and the ability to cope well in a fast-paced retail environment.
