Third in Charge: Wetherill Park Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Third in Charge at our Wetherill Park store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes, and standards are in place.
- Take responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer.
We are seeking someone with strong retail or customer service experience, sound knowledge of retail operations, and excellent customer service skills. You will be adaptable and able to cope well in a fast-paced retail environment. You will also be passionate about our products and committed to the growth of our business.
