The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as Third In Charge at Wetherill Park. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the successful and efficient running of the store. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving and motivating a team of outdoor enthusiasts, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in customer service, merchandising, and inventory processes, and taking responsibility for the operations of the store in their absence.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with strong retail or customer service experience, sound knowledge of retail operations, and a passion for our products and the growth of our business. You will be adaptable and able to cope well in a fast-paced retail environment, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to share your genuine passion with customers and your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in customer service, merchandising, and inventory processes
  • Take responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer
