Lead Marketing Strategist for Advanced PNT Systems

A highly skilled and strategic marketing professional is required to lead global marketing initiatives and drive commercial success for advanced positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems in the defence sector.

About The Opportunity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear positioning and compelling narratives for new product introductions.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for global defence markets, focusing on the US, APAC, and EMEA regions.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform strategic marketing programs that drive business outcomes and technical credibility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global marketing plans and strategies for PNT systems within the defence sector.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and new product introductions in collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Conduct customer and competitor research to identify opportunities and insights that inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market planning and new product introductions for complex technology systems.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in B2B product marketing or capture marketing across defence, aerospace, or dual-use technology environments.
  • Eligibility for Australian security clearance is highly regarded.
