Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Director to lead our Defence leadership team in building trusted partnerships, driving transformational infrastructure and capability projects, and mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.

Your Mission:
  • Foster meaningful, long-term connections across all levels of our client organisation and industry partners, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their business and strategic goals.
  • Pursue and secure major projects and programs aligned with our values and sales targets while championing our collaborative culture.
  • Engage directly in project delivery to earn respect and credibility, demonstrating hands-on leadership and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with our Defence & Security Market Lead to shape client engagement strategies that align with Defence priorities and emerging opportunities.
  • Leverage our global capabilities to introduce innovative, high-quality services that meet client needs and uphold our reputation for excellence.
  • Recruit and nurture professionals with strong client engagement skills, providing coaching and mentorship to build a resilient, future-ready team.

You will bring deep experience working with the Department of Defence, particularly within the Security and Estate Group in infrastructure services, and ideally within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group under defence support services.
