A key role in our business is to develop and execute global marketing strategies that support the growth of advanced navigation systems across various defence sectors. Our goal is to leverage market insights to create compelling narratives that drive commercial success and technical credibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for PNT systems within the defence sector.
  • Conduct in-depth research on the defence buying environment to inform strategic marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear positioning and compelling messaging for new product introductions.
  • Develop and implement content and communication strategies to engage with global defence markets.
  • Owning the go-to-market strategy for defence customer segments across air, land, sea and space domains.
  • Identify white space opportunities through customer and competitor research.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience in leading go-to-market planning and new product introductions for complex technology systems.
  • A minimum of 8 years in B2B product marketing or capture marketing across a defence, aerospace, or dual-use technology environment.
  • Full working rights and eligibility for security clearance is highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications or an equivalent in Marketing, with additional education in communications or business strategy being valuable.
