Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with market leads to shape client engagement strategies that align with Defence priorities and emerging opportunities.
  • Leverage global capabilities to introduce innovative, high-quality services that meet client needs and uphold reputation for excellence.
  • Recruit and nurture professionals with strong client engagement skills, providing coaching and mentorship to build a resilient, future-ready team.
Requirements

You bring deep experience working with Department of Defence, particularly within Security and Estate Group in infrastructure services, and ideally within Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group under defence support services. Your strong network and market reputation are backed by a proven ability to position, win, and deliver major infrastructure projects, navigate complex government processes, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
