Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled dispute resolution specialist to join our team. As a key member of our specialist team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex tenancy matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake detailed investigations and analysis of dispute matters to promote effective outcomes.
  • Provide high-quality case management and specialist advice to assist parties in improving communication and finding mutually acceptable outcomes.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance levels and meet business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve dispute matters while driving evidence-based decision making.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, policy, and procedure to facilitate effective complaints management and dispute resolution practices.
  • Provide support to develop a supportive culture and collaborative team environment and build internal expertise and capability to ensure delivery of high-quality dispute resolution services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on inspection findings.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salary Grade 7/8 with a base salary starting at $110,266 plus superannuation.
