Job Title: Dispute Resolution Lead

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our team of technical experts dedicated to supporting the CR & A team with resolving complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to enable delivery of complaint management requirements.
  • Policy, Process and Procedures: Support the development and roll out of processes and procedures compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Customer Focus and Stakeholder Management: Foster a strong commitment to customer satisfaction through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Technical Performance: Analyze data and findings to formulate recommendations for improving complaint resolution processes and developing staff skills.
  • People Management: Lead and mentor a team of Technical Dispute Officers to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to perform their roles effectively.

About the Role: As a Dispute Resolution Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts to resolve complaints in accordance with organisational code of practice, legislative and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the CR & A team to provide exceptional technical support and develop recommendations to improve complaint resolution processes.
